This policy explains what information Plor collects and how it is used.

We collect account and profile details, creator payout information, products, reviews, reports, support messages, buyer email addresses, orders, and download activity. We also collect IP addresses, browser or device information, session records, and security logs.
Payments
Plor stores order amounts, payment references, and payment status. Payment credentials, PINs, and one-time codes are entered with the payment provider and are not collected by Plor.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, publish and deliver products, process orders and creator payments, send requested notifications, provide support, prevent fraud, moderate content, and secure the platform.
Public and shared information
Public storefronts may show a creator’s name, username, avatar, biography, social links, products, and ratings. We share only the information needed with payment, email, notification, hosting, search, and other service providers. Creators may receive buyer and order details needed to fulfil or support a purchase.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Plor, maintain order records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update most profile information and notification preferences from your account. You may contact Plor to request access, correction, or deletion. Some transaction, moderation, and security records may need to be retained.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Plor changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Privacy questions can be sent through the Plor contact page.
